Artists who have uploaded their artworks on masterarts.co.in must first declare that it is their original work, or they have a license to sell those respective artworks. Master Arts Collective Pvt Ltd only acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, by providing them with an online platform and therefore, as an intermediary claims insularity in any copyright infringement cases against any artwork on its platform, In case of any copyright infringement of an artwork, the original artist/copyright holders must inform us at masterarts39@gmail.com and those works will be removed/suspended immediately after proper inspection.
Buyers of the artwork cannot claim any copyright on their purchased artwork nor can they reproduce it. Copyright of all artworks remains with the original artist unless any written documentation is provided by them.
