* Buyer: Buyer shall mean a person/organisation who has registered with us or not and who buys or wishes to buy the products/services offered by us.
* Seller: Seller shall mean a person/organisation who has registered with us and is using our service for sale of his/her artwork(s).
* Product(s): Product includes but is not limited to artwork(s) put up for sale on our website.
* Service: This refers to the services provided by Dirums.com
* Website: This shall be referred to as https://masterarts.co.in/ domain which is publicly accessible and owned by Master Arts.
Platform:
Users of the website are to make it clear that masterarts.co.in, which is owned and managed by Master Arts, only acts as a platform where sellers/artists get an opportunity to showcase their artworks and buyers/collectors can purchase those artworks as showcased by the seller/artist. Master Arts does not play any role in the creation of artworks sold by individual artists or other art galleries on the platform. Although it verifies the background of sellers and their work, it does not fully ensure the copyright of an artwork. Therefore, sellers agree to bear this risk by using Master Arts.

Veracity of Information:
When users provide us with their information, we trust the veracity of their information and will not interfere in their private lives for verification, however, they are required to submit their identity proof. By using our service, all users agree to accept our terms and conditions and hence confirm that the information provided by them is correct.

We collect certain information from our users to serve them better and therefore, when a user registers with us, he/she takes the responsibility to provide us with correct information. User's rationality and responsibility for action:
When a person becomes a user of our Service, we assume that he/she is rational, aged 18 years or older, and is not accused of certain crimes or offences under the criminal laws of any country.
The user of the Service will always be responsible for any activity from their account. They must ensure the confidentiality of their own information, including but not limited to login ID and password and prevent any unauthorized access to their computer. Master Arts will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to the user’s account or device.
Payment
When a buyer pays for an artwork on Master Arts, he has already handed over his personal information such as credit card/debit card/bank transfer details to Master Arts, to know more about the protection and use of such personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
By paying for a product on Master Arts, the buyer is confirming its requirement and ordering Master Arts to obtain it from the seller/artist. Master Arts uses well-known and trusted third party gateways, buyers should note that Master Arts will not be responsible for any third party errors.
Buyers should be informed that the product prices mentioned on the website do not include any taxes and customs duties that may be required from time to time and must be paid by the buyer. However, shipping charges are also not included but will not be borne by the buyer except in certain special circumstances or as mentioned in the product description.
Once the order is placed by the buyer, Master Arts will contact the seller of the product and guide them to ship the product to the buyer. By accepting the sale, the seller is also accepting Master Arts’ pricing and commission policies, as already provided to them at the time of registration. Copyright
Buyers should be aware that even after purchasing the artwork they do not own the copyright of the artwork as it will still remain with the original artist/copyright holder. The buyer should confirm that they have also received a certificate of authenticity within the shipment. The seller should also keep in mind to keep the certificate of authenticity with the artwork when packaging it for shipping.
Return and Cancellation Policy
If a buyer finds any artwork unsatisfactory, he/she can exchange or return the artwork. All exchange or return requests must be reported within 7 days of the delivery of the product. It should always be clear to both buyer and seller that Master Arts .co.in only acts as a marketplace for them to deal in artworks, however, the responsibility for the actual similarity and genuineness of the artwork will be solely on the seller/artist. If a buyer receives an artwork that does not resemble the artwork they have ordered, they should immediately raise a return/exchange request through their Master Arts account. Refund
Within 7-10 working days of the seller/artist receiving the artwork back and confirming the issue, the amount of the artwork will be refunded to the buyers.
Links to Other Websites
The users of the website should be aware that any links to other websites, organisations etc. are not under the control of Master Arts. Hence, we shall not be responsible for the content posted on these websites. However, these links are mentioned only for the convenience of the users and not for any endorsement/promotional purpose.
Authorities given by users
By using our service, the sellers are authorising us to exercise absolute discretion for the depiction and description of the artwork and the acceptance/rejection of an order.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Master Arts has the freedom to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without any notice. Users are advised to familiarise themselves with the updated Terms and Conditions before making any purchase, sale or availing any service from Master Arts.
